Shipping policy
Every order ships from within the United States except one supplier, and each product page tells you which. We do not currently ship outside the US.
What it costs
- Free on orders over $50.
- Under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
- Some suppliers ship separately and carry their own flat rate. If your basket mixes them, checkout adds the rates together and shows you one total.
How long it takes
We are a small shop, and our teas come from four growers and blenders rather than one warehouse, so transit time depends on what you ordered.
- Birdsong Tea (California) — 1–3 business days
- Miracle Tree and PAAVANI Ayurveda (US) — 3–5 business days
- The Brew Company (Denmark) — 8–20 business days. This is on the product page too, because it is a long wait and we would rather you knew before you ordered than after.
Add one to two business days of handling before dispatch. Orders placed at the weekend are handled the next business day.
Tracking
You will get an order confirmation as soon as you check out, and a separate email with tracking once the order ships. If your basket contained teas from more than one supplier, they will arrive separately and you will get a tracking number for each.
If something goes wrong
Email jeff@itevolve.net with your order number. If a parcel has not moved in a week, tell us and we will chase it.
