Hoopoe Superfruit — Berry & Fruit Infusion

Dark berries and citrus over honeybush, with beetroot giving it an extraordinary depth of colour — it brews closer to red wine than to tea. Tart rather than sweet. The most striking thing in a glass jug we sell, and the obvious one for a jug in the fridge.

How to brew
One heaped teaspoon per cup. Water just off the boil. Steep 5–7 minutes and strain. For iced, brew double strength and pour over a full glass once cool.
